Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of NexPos, a point-of-sale and inventory service operated by INS Techure ("we", "us"). By starting a trial or subscribing you agree to them.
The service
NexPos is provided as a subscription. Each business gets its own address and database. Every package includes all features. We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
Free trial
The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no payment details. We may limit trials to one per business and may decline or stop trials that look abusive.
Packages and payment
Packages are Half-year (6 months, AED 800) and Annual (12 months, AED 1,200). Prices are in UAE dirhams, exclude VAT, and 5% VAT is added at checkout. A subscription period starts when payment is confirmed. Renewing before your plan ends adds the new period after the current one.
When a plan ends
After a plan ends there is a 7-day grace period. After that, the account becomes read-only so you can still view and export your data until you renew.
Your responsibilities
Keep your login details safe, use the service lawfully, and make sure the information you enter, including tax information, is accurate. You are responsible for the activity of the users you add.
Your data
Your business data remains yours. See our privacy policy for how we handle it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
