Questions we often hear
What do I get in the free trial?
Everything. You get your own NexPos with all features for 14 days, with no card required. When it ends you can subscribe to keep going, and your data stays in place.
What happens when my plan ends?
You get a grace period of 7 days, then the account becomes read-only so you can still see and export your data. Subscribe again and it switches back on.
Is VAT included in the price?
Prices shown are before VAT. 5% VAT is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Inside NexPos, the tax on your own sales follows your country: VAT, GST (with CGST, SGST and IGST for India), sales tax and more, calculated per line.
Is my data private?
Yes. Every business gets its own database and its own address. Other customers cannot reach your data, and all connections use HTTPS.
Can I bring my existing products and customers?
Yes. Import products and customers from a spreadsheet, or add products quickly by scanning barcodes with your phone.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The dashboard and staff POS work in any modern browser, and there is an Android app with camera scanning and fingerprint sign-in. An iPhone app is on the way.
How do I pay?
By card online, or by bank transfer. After a bank transfer we activate your account as soon as the payment arrives.
